Both new patient and follow up consultations are charged at £45.
It is your responsibility to settle your treatment fee with us at the end of each visit. If you intend to reclaim our fees from your private health insurance we will provide you with the appropriate receipts so you can make a claim. We do not currently work directly with private health insurers such as Bupa or AXA PPP.
Can you please ensure that you are able to settle your payment fees by means of cash or debit/credit card at the end of the session.
If you are unable to make an appointment can you please call us as soon as possible.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed appointment time will normally be charged a late cancellation fee of £20 unless the appointment time is used by another patient. Outside of our normal clinic hours, please leave a message on our answer phone, clearly stating your name, the date and time of the appointment you need to cancel and a contact number.
If we are not informed that you are unable to make an appointment, you will normally be charged the full appointment fee of £45.
